The Yellow-and-green lorikeet, also know as the Citrine lorikeet, is a species of parrot belonging to the Psittaculidae family.

It is found in the forests and woodland of Indonesia in the Sula Islands and Sulawesi at altitudes up to 2400m.  It is generally common

The citrine lorikeet is a mainly green parrot about 20 cm long. Its beak is orange.

The citrine lorikeet has two well differentiated subspecies:

  • Trichoglossus flavoviridis flavoviridis in Sula Islands
  • Trichoglossus flavoviridis meyeri in Sulawesi
